Vintage Button Rings
Late last night I made a number of rings. All with vintage buttons featured. Very cute they are. After I each one I was very tempted to keep one for myself.
They are just so lovely.
What a way to finish of any outfit. To show of some unique bling.....OK it doesn't sparkle but sure is eye catching to wear one of these fetching rings on your hand.
Envious friends will want one of their own.
Each ring is an individual piece, so no one else out there will have one like it. The ring itself is adjustable.
What do you think of these fab. rings? These will be available very soon.

Busy Creating Stock!
Currently I am very busy creating stock. Both replenishing current lines but also adding in a few new creations.
Sneak peeks of new stock will be added here over the coming weeks. With the big launch to be seen and bought on 18th September at Hazelbrook Primary "Fright Night" a little art exhibition of students works and supporting the school and it's fundraising efforts will be local creators with their wares.
Of course all my things will also be available at my other usual market residencies after that.
I am also aiming to be up on Etsy and at Big Cartel by then too.
So busy busy busy I am.

Stitches and Craft Fair.
Today i headed on down the mountain to go to the Stitches and Craft Show.
Once I got there I headed straight for the fourth floor. What was there? "Incubator" was what could be found on the fourth floor. What a grand idea it was to have such an array of budding designers and crafters showing of their creations to those who would appreciate them the most.
I was hoping to have a little stand myself. However due to the work schedule of my husband did not. Next year though his kindly putting in for some leave to happen at this time of the year so I can if they do this again.
So many wonderful this to gush over and also to actually see all those that I goo over on their blogs.
Also ran into a couple of people I know from various local to me designers who also have market stalls.
There was Nicole from nicolemdesign you can see her button on the right there "Yousew, girl". Her bags and hats are devine. If I had more money I would have bought a matching set patterns.
Sarah from Madi & Me. Very cute little baby and kids clothes.
Gifts Created was right next to Sarah. I already have bought a onsie from her at Penrith Markets. My little man looks cute in it. Today I bought a owl softie pattern.
Fi from dearfii was there what a gal she is. With such wonderful softies and patterns for them all. I went back later to buy four of her patterns. Who should be there helping her out but Cass from Snailblazer.
Belinda and her fresh designs from tuttifruti.
Then I stoped in on the InkandSpindle girls
I loved the fab Juicy Roo Designs done by Julie.Had a lovely chat with her.
Mixtape was in amongst it all too.
So many lovely girls and their fab wares. I didn't get to take photos of all the things I wanted as by the time I got to some a bit too crowded to get a somewhat decent photo.
I'll list the other gals blogs or stores that I managed to get a card from here:
Craft Schmaft
Rummage
two Little Banshees
Sunset Designs
Sweetie Petites
artish
Dudley Redhead
kristen doran design
Apologies if I missed you....I'm sure I spoke to more and collected their cards.
You can check out my personal blog for pics and more of a run down on my insight as a shopper not a fellow business/crafty gal.

Apologies!
Just thought I'd pop in and leave a couple of apologies.
Firstly to anyone who has bought my badges and the badge back has fallen of. I'm still trying to get the type of glue and amount and other fiddly things right. I have still yet to work out the perfect way. All the ones I have used myself have had no problems and the majority that I have sold have had none either. However there have been a few that slipped through the cracks.
Second to anyone who bought a dress and it does not fit over the childs head. One buyer has contacted me and I have made the necassary adjustment. I shall be checking the openings on all made ones and making sure I have a good deap opening on them all.
Lastly apologies for those looking out for my rings and other fabric covered button stock. I'm still waiting on the shippment of my supplies which left my supplier in the states on the 29th of July.

Future product packaging.
These lovely boxes and velvet bags will be what I'll be putting my new rings in.
I'm just waiting in the self covering buttons to arrive from the states. I've already cut out the fabric circles for them.
I'm hoping they arrive in time for selling this weekend at Glenbrook and Lawson markets.
The boxes will be used for rings that are to be gifts and the bags will be for ones that are not. I'm wondering if I should charge extra for the boxes as they cost a bit to get them. Or should I make the cost of the ring a little more than I first planned to help cover that cost.
